To access the MITAS
Internet Loan Reservation System, type in the Internet
address as provided to you by the Housing Finance Agency
under which you are reserving loans. For example:
https://agencyname.mitas.com. The first screen
that appears is the Logon

This screen
is used to access the MITAS Internet Loan Reservation
System. The on screen data to be entered consists
of a pre-assigned Lender Number, Lender Branch, Log-in
User Name, and a
Password.

Number
Unique number
assigned to identify your organization to the MITAS
Internet Loan Reservation System. back to top

Branch
Number
assigned to identify your branch of your organization. back to top
User Name
User name
assigned to identify the individual authorized to access
the System. This name must be previously set up in
the System by the Housing Finance Agency. back to top
Password
All
personnel, authorized by the Lender, receive a
password. Based on your level of authorization,
you will be able to view the pipeline status of loans
and/or enter new loan applications. After the
first time logon, users may enter a new password in the
Name, Address and Password Maintenance screen. Passwords
are case sensitive (be aware of the Caps Lock key). back to top
Once
you have entered the information above, press the Login
button to continue to the next screen. If you
would like to clear your login information and enter the
data again, click the Clear button. back to top
Upon
successful logon to the MITAS Internet Loan Reservation
System, the main menu is displayed. From this
menu, the remaining System features can be accessed. A sample menu is shown below. Menu
options vary by Housing Finance Agency. To
access the system, click on one of the menu options (for
example, New Loan Registration).

From time to
time, there may be a message that the Housing Finance
Agency would like to relay to you. This message
will appear as scrolling marquee text and is displayed
below the Messages title in the left column of
menu. Please read the message(s) each time you
logon.
Note: Messages can be viewed again by placing

Important:
When navigating through the MITAS Internet Loan
Reservation System, always use the navigation
buttons and options provided by the System. Some
of these navigation buttons include ,

Do not use the Internet Brower's Forward and Backward
buttons unless instructed to do so or unless no options
are provided by the System. These buttons
will appear in the left column of the Menu under the Options
title.
Submit
Choose
this option when you have completed data entry and would
like to submit the data to the System. On initial
input, a loan application is not registered with the
System until this button has been pushed. back to top

a Menu Option
Menu options
for a Menu Screen are listed in the right column of the
screen. If you are entering data on a data entry
screen or viewing a report, menu options are listed in
the left column of the screen. To choose a menu
