The Co- Mortgagor Information Screen of the MITAS Internet Loan Reservation System captures data regarding the second person applying for a loan with the mortgagor.  The co-mortgagor's income, assets and debts are combined with the mortgagor's for underwriting purposes.  The Housing Finance Agency may allow up to a maximum of six different co-mortgagors for a mortgage loan application.  Based on the maximum number of co-mortgagors the Housing Finance Agency allows, a separate section for each allowable co-mortgagor is displayed when you access the Co-Mortgagor screen(s).  A separate section for each co-mortgagor must be completed.  Only complete as many sections as there are co-mortgagors.  A sample Co-Mortgagor screen is shown below.
